As a Los Angeles Creative Corporate Photographer for many industries, including Real Estate – it was a treat to shoot in this beautiful architectural space for Medev’s corporate shoot. One of their clients had kindly allowed us to shoot in his home which provided the most gorgeous flattering light for the portraits.
My brief was to create monochromatic and magazine style look with the three staff at Medev. To achieve this everyone dressed in sharp black outfits and I composed the image to show the sweeping curve of the staircase at the same time making use of the double height windows that filled the space with natural light. Adding in an extra kick of light from the opposite site with my portable strobe created the look I was looking for, and after post production to retouch and remove any lens distortion my client was delighted with the end result.
