Compared to Marrakech, the harbour town of Essaouira was so tranquil yet still fascinating. I could spend hours here watching the fishermen with their catch for the day. All hard at work. The seagulls circling overhead hoping for some tasty treats before the fish was packed up and moved to the market.

I was immediately drawn to this scene. Two men dressed in the traditional full length attire in muted tones of rust and green. The colours looked perfect against the sea green in the distance. Having the subjects of my photograph facing away from me is rather intruiging and in my opinion more appealing. It has a sense of mystery. We will never know what, if anything they were saying.
