As a Los Angeles Event Photographer I found it absolutely fascinating to be a fly on the wall for a short time at each seminar for the screen writers and novel writers world conference at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza this August. It was a most unusual event to cover and so interesting to dip in and out of the various lectures.
There were approximately 38 seminars for both conferences covering a wide range of subjects including “Query Letters, Loglines and Leave Behinds” by Daniel Manus and “Your Story on Steroids: How to Make Your Story Stronger, Bigger, and Better Than Ever“ Larry Brooks. By the time the cocktail reception began at 6pm everyone was ready to relax and put their notebooks away – for a while at least!
Do check out the future conferences and book your place. There is so much valuable information given during this conference – each lecture covering different topics and angles. Everyone was open to sharing knowledge and ideas and it was great to be part of this creative atmosphere.
Keep an eye out for the surprise guest at the bottom of this post…
Thank you to everyone at FW events for welcoming me and the opportunity to cover this interesting and informative conference.
